Técnico Panadero - Pastelero (Demostrador de Marca) - en MTY, Nuevo León.

Buscamos Técnico Panadero - Pastelero para apoyar activamente a la cadena de supermercados asignada en la producción diaria del catálogo de panadería, impulsando el uso y posicionamiento de la marca en todos los productos que la cadena adquiere. Asegurando la correcta aplicación de insumos, brindar soporte técnico y garantizar los estándares de calidad visual y de sabor.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia: Mínima de 5 + años como panadero técnico, chef pastelero o demostrador de insumos de panificación. Deseable experiencia en autoservicio/supermercados.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Dominio en el comportamiento de premezclas, núcleos (concentrados) y técnicas de decoración de pastelería.
  • Disponibilidad para Viajar: Flexibilidad total para trasladarse a diferentes sucursales y ciudades según la operación.
  • Habilidades: Excelente actitud de servicio, proactividad, facilidad de palabra para impulsar la marca y enfoque en resultados.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Soporte de Producción: Elaborar y apoyar en la elaboración de panadería y pastelería según las necesidades de la cadena de supermercados.
  • Impulso de Marca: Promover de forma activa la marca utilizando e integrando sus productos en el menú diario del supermercado.
  • Uso Técnico de Insumos: Manejar y aplicar de forma correcta premezclas, núcleos y aditivos en una amplia variedad de productos terminados.
  • Pastelería Fina: Forrar, armar, rellenar y decorar pasteles de acuerdo con las especificaciones y demandas del cliente.
  • Asesoría en Tienda: Capacitar al personal del supermercado en el uso eficiente de las materias primas.

Horario y Jornada

  • Tipo de empleo: Presencial
  • Ubicación: Monterrey.
  • Días Laborales: Lunes a Sábado
  • Disponibilidad Extra: Domingo en caso de aperturas de tiendas.

Compensación y Beneficios

  • Sueldo Mensual: $25,000 a $28,000 pesos brutos, de acuerdo con experiencia.
  • Viáticos y Herramientas Cubiertos al 100%.
