Como Representante de Droguerías, reportando al Gerente de Distrito, serás responsable de implementar las estrategias establecidas por Expert Sales para las marcas definidas, generando planes de acción y relaciones con stakeholders alineados con las prácticas y políticas según el Código de Promoción de Haleon, con el objetivo de lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos.

Esta posición reside en Cartagena, Barranquilla o Valledupar y tendrá responsabilidad sobre el territorio asignado dentro de la región Caribe.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Implementar adecuadamente las estrategias de Expert Sales, aplicando y adoptando efectivamente el modelo de visita y haciendo un uso adecuado de los materiales promocionales entregados por Haleon en su actividad diaria con farmacias, cadenas, puntos de venta y demás stakeholders relevantes.
  • Registrar correctamente en los sistemas corporativos la planeación y reporte de visitas, eventos, programas de promoción, registro de ventas, entrega de materiales promocionales y aplicación de encuestas.
  • Interactuar permanentemente con clientes internos como KAM, Comercial, Marketing y demás áreas de soporte para realizar revisiones de negocio, análisis comerciales y definición de planes de acción enfocados en el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Validar permanentemente el panel de droguerías asignado, manteniendo actualizada la información de clientes y ejecutando los procesos de altas y bajas de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos, utilizando herramientas como Veeva y reportes corporativos.
  • Generar rotación en los puntos de venta a través de la implementación de programas de Trade & Shopper Marketing, ejecutando negociaciones de exhibiciones, espacios y actividades promocionales.
  • Analizar resultados comerciales, indicadores de Sell In, Sell Out y Nielsen, así como realizar seguimiento a la ejecución de estrategias y presupuestos promocionales asignados.
  • Garantizar la correcta planeación y ejecución de actividades, eventos y activaciones de marca en cumplimiento con el Código de Promoción y los procedimientos internos establecidos.
  • Cumplir con las políticas corporativas, procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP), entrenamientos, auditorías y procesos de calidad requeridos por la compañía.

¿Por qué TÚ?

Tus calificaciones requeridas:

Formación: Profesional en carreras de Ciencias de la Salud, Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o áreas afines.

Experiencia: Mínimo un año de experiencia en gestión comercial, ventas, visita a farmacias, servicio al cliente o roles relacionados con el desarrollo de negocios y puntos de venta.

Inglés: Nivel básico a intermedio.

Paquete Office: Nivel intermedio, especialmente Excel, PowerPoint y Word.

Herramientas digitales: Deseable experiencia utilizando herramientas como Power BI, SharePoint y Veeva.
