【从真实学习问题出发，研发学生真正需要的课程】 1. 我们正在寻找对教育产品和用户需求有兴趣的年轻人，参与初中课程从需求发现、方案设计到上线反馈的完整研发过程。 2. 这个岗位不只是整理资料、跟进排期或协助执行。你会有机会参与课程方向判断、方案设计、项目推动和上线迭代，逐步对一门课程或一个课程模块的完整结果负责。

【你将参与】 1. 研究初中阶段学生需求、学习痛点、教材考情变化及市场课程，识别值得解决的课程问题；参与定义课程目标用户、核心价值、内容范围和课程形态，协助形成课程方案或课程白皮书。 2. 将课程目标拆解为可执行的研发计划，协同教研、课程设计、制作、产品和运营等角色推动落地。 3. 提炼课程亮点，参与课程包装、销售话术、运营物料及上线方案的设计。 4. 跟踪课程使用、完课、反馈及相关业务数据，判断课程是否解决了用户问题，并提出迭代建议。 5. 使用 AI 完成用户反馈整理、竞品研究、方案分析、内容生产辅助和项目协作，提升研发效率。 6. 随能力成长，逐步独立负责一个小型课程或 SKU，从需求判断、方案制定到上线复盘形成闭环。
