【你将参与】 1. 负责洋葱学园 APP 付费转化链路的用户体验，关注用户从了解产品、产生兴趣到完成付费的完整过程。 2. 深入洞察用户需求，结合用户画像和行为数据，发现影响转化和留存的关键问题。 3. 从用户视角探索产品商业价值增量，持续优化 APP 内不同场景下的产品营销包装、内容呈现和价值传达。 4. 与市场策略、运营等团队紧密协作，推进商业化产品迭代，辅助完成营收业务指标。 5. 协同流量团队优化用户获取、承接和转化链路，支持增长目标达成。 6. 参与产品方案设计、需求推进、上线跟踪和效果复盘，持续验证产品优化是否真正改善用户体验和业务结果。 7. 使用 AI 工具辅助用户研究、需求分析、方案设计和数据复盘，提升产品工作的效率与质量。

【我们期待这样的你】 1. 本科及以上学历。 2. 具备 C 端产品经验，有商业化产品经验者优先。 3. 具备优秀的逻辑思考能力，能够从复杂信息中提炼关键问题并形成清晰判断。 4. 具备良好的沟通表达和跨团队协作能力，能够推动市场策略、运营、流量等团队共同落地方案。 5. 了解用户，能够基于用户画像和用户行为进行产品设计。 6. 对用户体验、产品价值和商业增长有兴趣，愿意持续理解用户需求和业务目标。 7. 具备较强的责任心和抗压能力，能够在快节奏环境中持续推进并对结果负责。
