【你将参与】 1. 与客户开展调研，准确理解客户需求，结合学校应用场景、实际业务和行业特点，编写定制化解决方案。 2. 负责招投标相关工作，组织完成前期技术引导、材料编写、标书应答、标后讲解和答疑。 3. 协助方案落地交付，协调内外部资源，确保合同期内按质按量完成交付和回款。 4. 面向销售和客户开展技术培训，针对性介绍产品优势与解决方案，提升销售团队的技术分析和方案表达能力。 5. 与产品、研发、交付及运营团队协作，持续优化方案内容和项目实施路径。 6. 使用 AI 工具辅助行业研究、需求分析、方案编写和材料检查，提升方案设计效率与质量。 7. 随能力成长，逐步独立负责重点客户或完整项目的方案架构工作。

【我们期待这样的你】 1. 本科及以上学历，师范相关专业、学科类专业或教育技术相关专业均可；系统学习过教育教学理论。 2. 有过中小学实习或工作经历，关注并使用过人工智能技术。 3. 具备较强的学习适应能力、责任心和敬业精神。 4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神，能够承担一定工作压力。 5. 能够理解客户需求，并将信息整理为结构清晰、逻辑完整的方案。 6. 对教育解决方案编制、技术交流、方案演示和答疑有兴趣。 7. 学习速度快，愿意接受反馈并持续打磨专业产出。 8. 接受根据业务需要进行客户拜访、项目支持或出差安排。 有教育项目、方案撰写、招投标、技术支持、课程设计、产品运营或公开演讲经验者优先；没有直接方案架构经验，但具备较强学习潜力和表达能力的候选人同样欢迎。
