1、负责产品前、后端数据独立完成数据统计及分析工作，包括异动归因、BI搭建、专项分析以及其他日常数据分析工作； 2、梳理业务需求及逻辑，协助业务对于业务进行 定性定量分析，帮助业务定位问题或者发现机会，参与策略的制定； 3、与数仓、研发团队合作，参与数据体系建设，推进埋点及业务数据报表的设计&落地，为业务的发展提供数据能力支撑。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、需要熟练使用SQL/HIVE，会使用R/Python/SAS等常用分析工具，统计学基础知识熟练，有良好的统计量化能力； 3、对于数据分析有强烈兴趣，对数据采集、数仓建设、BI构建、数据治理知识有基本了解； 4、对互联网数据分析的基本情况有一定了解或对用户增长有一定了解；好奇心强，求知欲强，有钻研探索精神，喜欢挑战，有较高的自我期望和成长诉求； 5、有充足的课余可支配时间，能够在收到Offer两周内快速到岗，入职实习时长大于4个月，每周到公司4天及以上。
