【你将参与】 1. 负责 K12 教育产品的产品运营，结合数据分析、用户调研和市场洞察，识别影响学习活跃与用户留存的关键问题。 2. 协同产品、研发等团队推动功能迭代和体验优化，跟踪项目进展，并通过数据与用户反馈检验实际效果。 3. 策划并产出学生社区核心内容，通过选题、话题和互动机制，为学生创造有价值、有参与感的社区体验。 4. 维护产品核心用户社群，通过日常互动和话题运营提升社群活跃度，建立稳定、真实的用户连接。 5. 沉淀学生反馈和行为洞察，将一线声音转化为产品与运营优化建议。 6. 从产品和运营双重视角独立输出可落地的业务方案，全程跟进执行、效果分析与项目复盘。 7. 探索 AI 在用户研究、内容策划、数据分析和运营提效中的应用，持续优化工作方法。

【我们期待这样的你】 1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，985/211院校优先。 2. 熟悉 K12 用户群体，对学生需求和学习行为具备较强的同理心。 3. 具备良好的沟通协调和项目管理能力，能够独立完成产品方案，并推动跨部门合作和项目落地。 4. 具备数据分析、文案撰写和活动策划能力，能够独立产出并执行运营方案。 5. 能够从数据、用户反馈和业务目标中识别关键问题，并形成清晰、可执行的判断。 6. 责任心强，具备自驱力和抗压能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境并高效完成任务。 7. 愿意走近真实用户、接受反馈，对运营结果和用户体验持续负责。
