我们在找一个对 AI 充满好奇、喜欢动手创造，也愿意走进业务现场解决问题的年轻人。 在洋葱学园，市场策略团队正在围绕关键业务问题组建 Feature Team（FT）。一次用户增长突破、一场营销战役、一款 AI 学习产品的市场验证，都可能成为一个 FT 要解决的“X”。产品、运营、营销、内容、数据与技术伙伴会围绕共同目标协作，让方案接受真实用户和业务结果的检验。 你将作为 FDE（Forward Deployed Engineer，前线部署工程师）参与其中，与 DRI（业务目标第一责任人）和业务伙伴一起理解问题，把 AI 模型、数据、工具与工作流程连接起来，做出业务团队真正用得起来的应用。DRI 牵引整体目标和优先级，你聚焦技术方案、动手实现、上线验证与持续迭代，并把有效做法沉淀成其他 FT 也能复用的能力。 我们不要求你入职时就掌握所有模型与框架。我们更期待你已经用 AI 做过一些东西，能说清它为谁解决了什么问题，也愿意从一个具体场景开始，把原型一步步做成稳定可用的工具。 你会参与的事情 1. 走进业务现场，找到值得解决的问题。与 FT 的 DRI 及业务伙伴沟通，观察实际工作流程，识别重复劳动、信息断点与质量瓶颈，把模糊诉求拆成明确的使用场景、输入输出和验收标准。 2. 快速做出可以验证的原型。围绕具体问题，使用模型 API、脚本、AI 编程工具或工作流平台搭建最小可用方案，让真实使用者尽早试用，并根据反馈调整。 3. 把 AI 接入真实工作流程。参与 Agent、业务 Skill、知识检索与自动化工具的开发，连接必要的数据和业务系统，让研究、分析、内容生产、营销运营等任务能够连续完成。 4. 让工具从“能运行”走向“用得稳”。完善数据校验、异常处理、日志和使用文档；结合场景处理权限、敏感信息与人工确认环节，让结果可追溯、问题可排查。 5. 用效果验证技术选择。与业务伙伴建立测试样例和评价标准，关注准确性、完成率、处理时长和调用成本，比较方案的实际表现，持续修复失败案例。 6. 陪伴业务伙伴把工具用起来。参与试用、上线和使用反馈收集，讲清工具的能力与边界，跟踪它是否真正节省时间、提升质量或改善业务流程。 7. 把一次解决方案变成团队的共同能力。将有效的流程、代码、评测样例与业务经验整理为可复用的 Skill、组件和实践文档，支持其他 FT 在相似场景中使用。 你可能参与解决的问题 - 如何把用户访谈和一线反馈整理成有原始依据、可供业务判断的洞察？ - 如何结合产品知识与历史优秀案例，辅助生成营销内容，并检查事实、表达和格式质量？ - 如何把一次大促的数据整理、异常发现与复盘分析串成可重复运行的流程？ - 如何将业务伙伴反复使用的方法沉淀为 AI Skill，让不同 FT 都能调用并持续优化？

我们期待这样的你 1. 本科及以上应届毕业生，对 AI 应用和教育有兴趣。专业不限，欢迎计算机、软件、数据等技术背景，也欢迎通过自学和项目建立编程能力的跨专业同学。 2. 有亲手完成的 AI 项目。课程作业、个人工具、科研实践、实习、开源、比赛或创业项目均可；能展示作品，并说明自己的贡献、关键选择、遇到的问题及改进过程。 3. 具备基础编程与调试能力。能够使用 Python、JavaScript / TypeScript 等至少一种语言完成 API 调用、数据处理或简单应用开发；能够理解、检查并修改 AI 辅助生成的代码。 4. 愿意理解使用者，能够拆解问题。面对陌生业务，主动提问、核实需求，把一个想法拆成可实现、可验证的步骤，并判断哪些环节适合使用 AI。 5. 学习主动，也有独立判断。愿意阅读文档、尝试新工具、定位失败原因；能根据实际效果选择方案，遇到不确定性时通过小实验验证。 6. 沟通清楚，做事有始有终。能够与非技术伙伴协作，及时反馈进展和问题，重视交付后的真实使用情况，并持续改进。 以下经历会加分：做过 Agent、RAG、自动化工作流或全栈应用；有真实用户使用过自己的作品，并根据反馈迭代；参与过开源、黑客松或 AI 创业项目；有教育、用户研究、营销运营相关实践。我们更看重你实际做成了什么，以及从中学到了什么。 为什么加入市场策略团队 接触真正重要的业务问题。市场策略团队参与市场判断、用户洞察和增长策略，你能看到一个技术方案如何影响研究、产品表达、营销与用户体验，逐步建立完整的业务视角。 和经历过变化的伙伴一起解决问题。团队经历过行业调整与业务增长战役，也在探索 AI 带来的新机会。你会与业务伙伴共同验证想法，学习在约束和不确定性中做判断、推落地。 在重度使用 AI 的团队里持续创造。这里有愿意尝试新工具、分享方法的 AI 爱好者，也有来自业务一线的真实需求，你做出的工具能较快获得使用反馈。 你会得到什么 - 经历需求理解、原型开发、上线试用、效果评估和持续迭代的完整过程，积累经过真实使用检验的项目作品。 - 在跨职能 FT 中同时锻炼 AI 应用开发、问题理解、沟通协作与工程交付能力。 - 从负责一个明确的工具或流程开始，逐步承担更完整的 AI 解决方案，并将有效能力推广到更多场景。 - 在不同业务问题中发现自己的优势，探索 AI 应用工程、技术产品或业务与技术结合的发展方向。
