Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, fashion-loving Sales Associate to join our team. You will help customers find perfect outfits, deliver warm service, and drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer warmly; offer styling advice and outfit coordination
  • Assist customers with fitting, sizing, and purchase decisions
  • Process payments accurately via POS system; handle exchanges & returns
  • Maintain store display, arrange mannequins, restock shelves neatly
  • Keep the shop tidy and presentable at all times
  • Meet personal & store sales targets; promote new arrivals & promotions
  • Manage inventory, receive stock, and update price tags
  • Build friendly relationships with regular customers

Requirements

  • 1+ years retail / fashion sales experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome
  • Passionate about fashion, dressing others, and helping people look good
  • Fluent in English; English–Mandarin bilingual is a strong plus
  • Cheerful, patient, honest, and service-oriented
  • Comfortable standing for long hours; able to work weekends & public holidays
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)⚠️ Foreign applicants: Relevant experience + good track record required for pass consideration
