The posting

Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para atuar de forma estratégica e técnica, garantindo a gestão dos processos de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, o atendimento às normas legais e a promoção de um ambiente seguro para todos os colaboradores.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Coordenar e apoiar as atividades de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho em todas as unidades da empresa;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais legislações aplicáveis;
  • Atuar na gestão do SESMT, orientando tecnicamente a equipe de Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Elaborar, revisar e acompanhar programas e laudos de SST;
  • Investigar acidentes e incidentes, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Liderar projetos voltados à prevenção de acidentes e melhoria contínua;
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, bem como fiscalizações dos órgãos competentes;
  • Realizar avaliações de riscos ocupacionais e definir planos de ação;
  • Participar da implantação e manutenção de programas de cultura de segurança;
  • Apoiar as áreas operacionais e lideranças na tomada de decisões relacionadas à segurança.

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Engenharia, com especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho;
  • Registro ativo no CREA;
  • Experiência em Segurança do Trabalho, preferencialmente em indústria;
  • Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), eSocial SST, legislação trabalhista e previdenciária aplicada à segurança;
  • Experiência com gestão de indicadores e investigação de acidentes;
  • Pacote Office intermediário/avançado.
  • Experiência no segmento de bebidas, alimentos ou indústria de transformação;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de SST;
  • Vivência com auditorias e certificações.
