• Maintain sound controls over FP&A processes, models and reports.

4. Business Partnering, Decision Support and Process Improvement:

• Provide financial insight and challenge in management and project meetings.

• Perform ad hoc analyses covering product and pricing, reinsurance cost, catastrophe and scenario analysis, capital and solvency, benchmarking, and IFRS 17 insights.

• Improve and automate reporting processes and tools (e.g. Power BI, Oracle Fusion).

5. People Leadership and Team Management:

• Supervise, coach and develop team members.

• Set objectives, allocate and review work for quality, conduct performance reviews and development plans.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
