  • A self-motivated professional who is energized by ownership, continuous learning, and the opportunity to shape important work independently.
  • Adept at translating complex topics into clear, concise messages for senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Able to use data to tell a compelling story, frame thoughtful recommendations, and drive practical solutions.
  • Eager to build trusted relationships across levels and functions, with an interest in learning how different areas of the business connect to capital planning and strategy.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple deliverables.
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail.

You have

  • 5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry; familiarity with Bermuda’s capital framework highly desirable.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
