· Strong understanding of benefits administration platforms, digital distribution models, and embedded insurance opportunities.

· Experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders.

You Will

· Develop and execute strategy for benefits technology, broker technology, and retail partnership channels to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

· Lead and develop the Group Benefits’ Strategic Channel Managers and Retail Partnerships team, establishing clear performance expectations, development plans, and accountability measures.

· Build and maintain deep executive-level relationships with strategic partners, brokers, and industry influencers to identify growth opportunities and accelerate business outcomes.

· Establish partner-specific growth plans, measures of success, and performance indicators, and hold partners accountable for delivering against agreed-upon commitments.

· Implement and uphold partnership engagement standards, including regular stewardship, executive governance, business reviews, and ongoing strategic planning.

· Partner closely with Distribution, Marketing, Product Delivery, and Operations teams to drive the strategic changes and go-to-market strategies required to increase channel adoption, engagement, and revenue.

· Develop innovative partner-level strategies designed to achieve jointly established growth goals and create mutual value for Guardian and its partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
