Assist in building aligned incentive models across all functions of the business that drive cohesion and organizational performance. Take full ownership of recurring financial and variance analyses through to final recommendations, building Board and executive leadership materials that distill complex data into concise, decision-ready recommendations.
- Data & Reporting Build and maintain executive-level financial reports and dashboards, including on DOMO, that provide clear, actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making by clinic and senior leadership. Track and communicate key performance indicators across clinic operations, including patient volumes, revenue per visit, staffing ratios, payer mix, and operating margins. Build out the data analytics and reporting function, establishing standardized metric definitions and automated recurring reports that give clinic and finance teams a single source of truth.
- Operational & Revenue Cycle Support Facilitate regular financial reviews with clinic, operations, and clinical leadership, serving as a strategic thought partner to drive performance improvement. Partner with accounting, revenue cycle management, and operational teams to ensure financial data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support payer mix reviews and reimbursement trend monitoring. Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and financial processes to enhance accuracy, transparency, and usability; drive initiatives to advance process automation and financial systems integration.
- Strategic Projects Lead financial diligence and scenario planning for business cases related to new clinic openings, payer contract negotiations, and market expansion opportunities. Model and measure the ROI of strategic initiatives, including technology investments and operational improvement efforts. Conduct ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, risks, and cost-saving initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, management consulting, or healthcare financial operations; multi-site healthcare or outpatient behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
- Skills & Competencies Deep financial modeling expertise with the ability to synthesize complex data into insights that drive executive decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; hands-on experience building dashboards in DOMO, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools; SQL or comparable data-querying skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, growth, clinical, and IT teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial information for both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing projects and competing priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Working knowledge of healthcare revenue recognition under ASC 606 and the methodologies used to test it. Demonstrated understanding of healthcare reimbursement, payer mix, and clinic operational drivers. Proven discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in tech-enabled healthcare services.
- Background in investment banking or corporate development.
- Proficiency with EHR-integrated reporting or billing analytics platforms.
- Experience championing AI and automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
