O(a) profissional selecionado(a) integrará a equipe de Direito Contratual, atuando na elaboração, revisão, negociação e gestão de contratos empresariais, prestando assessoria jurídica estratégica aos clientes e contribuindo para a mitigação de riscos e a segurança das operações.

A atuação envolve a elaboração e negociação de contratos cíveis e empresariais de diferentes naturezas, análise de riscos contratuais, elaboração de pareceres, apoio consultivo às empresas clientes e participação em negociações envolvendo relações comerciais e empresariais.

Além da atuação consultiva, buscamos um profissional que possua experiência com Contencioso Cível Estratégico, permitindo uma visão ampla do ciclo contratual, desde a prevenção de litígios até a condução e acompanhamento de demandas judiciais relacionadas às relações contratuais e empresariais.

O advogado terá contato direto com sócios e profissionais experientes, participando da construção de soluções jurídicas estratégicas, reuniões com clientes e discussões multidisciplinares envolvendo diferentes áreas do Direito Empresarial.

Requisitos

Inscrição ativa na OAB;

Experiência de 1 a 3 anos em elaboração, revisão e negociação de contratos empresariais;

Vivência em Contencioso Cível será considerada um importante diferencial;

Excelente redação jurídica, organização e capacidade analítica;

Perfil consultivo, boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento com clientes.

Formação

Graduação completa em Direito.

Desejável Pós-Graduação em Direito Contratual, Direito Empresarial, Direito Civil ou áreas correlatas, concluída ou em andamento.

Idioma

Inglês intermediário ou avançado será considerado diferencial.

Local de Trabalho

Atuação presencial na sede do escritório, na Savassi, em Belo Horizonte/MG.
