The posting

Om os Efter en af vores betroede medarbejdere har valgt at gå på pension, søger vi en pædagog til Bruhns Gård. Bruhns Gård er en børnehave beliggende på en nedlagt landejendom med ca. 70 børn fordelt på tre stuer. Vi har et stort udeareal, som vi bruger aktivt i hverdagen. Natur og udeliv er en central del af vores pædagogiske praksis, og vi arbejder med årstidernes skiften, vejret og dyrehold – i øjeblikket har vi høns og en voliere med undulater og parakitter. Vi har også marsvin, og vi planlægger flere dyr fremover.

Vi er en relativ ny personalegruppe sammensat af erfarne og dygtige medarbejdere. Derfor arbejder vi meget på at skabe det gode samarbejde samt følelsen af samhørighed og fællesskab.

Vi er en institution i udvikling, hvor nye medarbejdere har mulighed for at præge den pædagogiske retning. Vi vægter gode relationer til børn, forældre og samarbejdspartnere højt og har fokus på tydelig kommunikation og et godt arbejdsmiljø. Hos os er pædagogik en del af hele dagen – også i rutinesituationer, som vi ser som vigtige læringsmiljøer. Vi er pt i gang med at udvikle vores fysiske læringsmiljøer og har fokus på rutiner og procedure i den pædagogiske praksis.

Ansættelsesvilkår: Efter gld. overenskomst. 37 timer pr. uge. Stillingen er til besættelse fra 1. januar 2027.
