Bij Guldenbouw werk je aan de basis van veilige en duurzame nieuwbouwprojecten. Als kraanman zorg jij voor het voorbereidend grondwerk – van funderingen tot rioleringswerken – en lever je een directe bijdrage aan een leefomgeving waarin gezinnen veilig en zorgeloos kunnen wonen.Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent de eerste schakel op de werf: jij zorgt dat alles piekfijn voorbereid is voor de start van de bouw.
  • Met jouw ervaring en technisch inzicht voer je zelfstandig grondwerken uit volgens plan – nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail.
  • Je graaft funderingen en plaatst rioleringen, regenwaterputten en septische putten.
  • Je bepaalt nauwkeurig de juiste hoogtes met behulp van een laserpas.
  • Je werkt vooral lokaal, op werven binnen een straal van 20 km rond Heist-op-den-Berg.
  • Je houdt je kraan en materiaal in topconditie en communiceert vlot met de werfleider.
  • Elke werf is anders, maar jouw rol blijft cruciaal: jij legt letterlijk de basis voor veilige en duurzame gebouwen.
  • Je hebt ervaring als kraanman of grondwerker.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt oog voor veiligheid en precisie.
  • Je kan planlezen en werken met een laserpas.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag in de buitenlucht.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die vlot communiceert op de werf.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (C is een pluspunt).
