Join Our Team at Emplify by Gundersen Health System as a Patient Liaison - Boscobel

As a Patient Liaison you'll be a trusted resource for patients, helping them navigate their care journey with compassion, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. You'll also play a key role in scheduling appointments, coordinating provider calendars, and ensuring patients have timely access to care. What's Available:

  • .9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly)
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, Days( no weekends) 9‑hour shifts with one day off each week
  • Hours: Rotating between 7:00am–6:00pm
  • Location: Boscobel, WI (home base) with travel to Muscoda and Fennimore, depending on clinic need.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Clinicians, Nurses, and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling
  • Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments while ensuring provider schedules are optimized.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and work to resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and scheduling requests

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
