Om arbetsplatsen Gunnarsons Specialkonditori är ett klassiskt hantverkskonditori grundat 1931. VI har tillverkning, butik och café i samma lokaler på Götgatan i Stockholm. Här tillverkar vi allt från matbröd, vetedeg och kavlade degar till tårtor, bakverk, macarons, praliner och glass. Vi har ett stort sortiment som vi varierar dagligen och efter säsong. I vårt kök lagar vi dagens lunch från grunden, 2-3 olika rätter varje dag som vi anpassar efter säsong. Vi laga gärna mycket fisk och vegetariskt. Vi gör smörgåsar till frukost och lunch och enklare catering. I dagsläget består teamet av tre kockar/kallskänkor. Men du möter dagligen många fler kollegor, vi är totalt ca 25 fast anställda. Vi erbjuder anställning i ett mycket välfungerande företag med grymt trevliga kollegor och engagerade chefer. Att trivas på arbetet är A och O. Vi jobbar efter ledorden hantverk, kvalitét och prestigelöshet. Hos oss räknas varje kaka, varje kund och varje möte. Vi gör allt för hand och med hjärta. Om dig Du är utbildad kock/kallskänka med några års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet. I din yrkesroll är du ambitiös, kvalitetsmedveten och kreativ. Du är effektiv i den dagliga produktionen med öga för vad som behöver prioriteras. Du gillar att arbeta, hugger in där det behövs och ger det där lilla extra som gör att arbetsdagen blir rolig. Tar med dig nya idéer och utvecklar gärna nya produkter. Ordning och noggrannhet, både i själva arbetet och med städning och hygien, är en självklarhet för dig. Som person är du social, snäll och enkel att ha att göra med. Du är en prestigelös lagspelare som premierar teamets prestation framför den individuella. Om arbetsuppgifterna Förberedelse och tillagning av luncher, smörgåsar och sallader. Som kock/kallskänka möter du också kunderna i lunchkassan. Vid behov hjälper vi även till i med försäljning i vår butik. Inköp, planering, kalkylering och städning ingår också i arbetsuppgifterna. Praktiska detaljer Arbetstider: Varierande men huvudsakligen vardagar 6.30-15.30 eller 10-19, varannan helg. Lön enl kollektivavtal. Friskvårdsbidrag.
