  • Eigenständige Leitung und Steuerung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit strategischer und operativer Relevanz, sowohl für Kunden als auch für interne Optimierungs- und Entwicklungsinitiativen.
  • Analyse, Gestaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette, insbesondere an den Schnittstellen zwischen Vertrieb, Technik, Produktion, Supply Chain und Verwaltung.
  • Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Leitung interner Veränderungs- und Organisationsentwicklungsprojekte sowie aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens.
  • Unterstützung bei der Bewertung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten durch Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen.
  • Prüfung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Machbarkeit von Kunden- und Entwicklungsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.
  • Koordination komplexer Kundenprojekte von der Anforderungsaufnahme über die technische Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Übergabe.
  • Moderation von Workshops, Abstimmungsrunden und Problemlösungsprozessen sowie Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams.
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kunden, Fachveranstaltungen und Messen sowie Durchführung von Präsentationen und Schulungen.
  • Mitarbeit in fach- und branchenspezifischen Arbeitsgruppen sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Normen und Standards.

Requirements

  • (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Technische Informatik
  • Kenntnisse mit einem ERP-System (Infor COM) und MS Office Tools
  • Bereitschaft, sich in Datenbankstrukturen, Controlling und Scripting in VBA einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung im Produkt- und/oder technischem Projektmanagement im industriellen Umfeld
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge und deren Zusammenspiel, auch über den Lieferumfang hinaus zu erkennen, auf Arbeitspakete herunterzubrechen und diese zu erklären
  • Sicherer Umgang mit internationalen Partnern und im interkulturellen Austausch
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland zu einem Anteil von 10%
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und professionelles Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen digitalen Werkzeugen; Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und KI-gestützte Prozessverbesserung sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
