Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender aos associados/carteira Pessoa Física, Pessoa Jurídica ou Agronegócio, identificar as soluções financeiras que melhor atendam as suas necessidades no que tange os produtos e serviços do Sicredi, a fim de efetivar negociações e cumprir com os objetivos.Prospectar novos associados e fomentar negócios através de visitas, reuniões de relacionamento, eventos externos e interação com a comunidade local.Atuar na condução dos processos operacionais da carteira, formalística de operações, conferência de documentos, propostas de crédito, atualização cadastral, contatos e registros.Realizar cobrança das operações de crédito em situações de inadimplência e dentro dos prazos de negociação.Realizar atividades operacionais e de apoio no autoatendimento, visando um atendimento ágil, encantador e eficiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo. Desejável MBA / Pós-graduação.Experiência profissional no mercado financeiro, preferencialmente com gestão de negócios.Vivência com atendimento ao cliente/associado, vendas, negociações de produtos, serviços e/ou insumos.Certificação ANBIMA CPA / C-Pro R.Possuir CNH B.Residir em Dores do Rio Preto/ES ou cidades próximas;Observação para candidatura interna: Experiência mínima de 6 meses com gestão de carteira no Sicredi.
