Responsabilidades e atribuições

💚 Assistente de Atendimento/Negócios Agro Apoiar o desenvolvimento da carteira e o relacionamento com os associados;Identificar oportunidades e ofertar soluções financeiras de acordo com as necessidades dos associados;Prospectar novos associados e contribuir para a geração de negócios;Realizar atendimentos e visitas, fortalecendo o relacionamento e a presença na comunidade;Apoiar nas demandas comerciais e operacionais da carteira. 💚 Gerente de Negócios Agro Gerenciar e desenvolver a carteira de associados, buscando novas oportunidades de negócio;Atuar de forma consultiva, entendendo as necessidades e oferecendo as melhores soluções financeiras;Prospectar novos associados e ampliar os negócios da carteira;Manter uma rotina ativa de visitas, relacionamento e presença na comunidade;Acompanhar os resultados da carteira e atuar para o alcance dos objetivos comerciais.

Requisitos e qualificações💚 Assistente de Atendimento/Negócios Agro

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Agronomia ou áreas afins; Experiência ou afinidade com atendimento, vendas e relacionamento com clientes; Perfil comercial, boa comunicação e interesse em desenvolver negócios; Conhecimento em produtos e serviços financeiros será um diferencial; CNH B.

Desejável ter a certificação Anbima C-PRO R.

💚 Gerente de Negócios Agro

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Agronomia ou áreas afins; Experiência comercial, com atuação em vendas, negociação, prospecção e/ou relacionamento com clientes; Perfil proativo, comunicativo e orientado à geração de negócios e resultados; Experiência em instituições financeiras ou cooperativas será um diferencial; CNH B.
