Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar a gestão da agência na elaboração e desdobramento de estratégias, projetos e ações para aumento dos negócios. Oferecer apoio no acompanhamento de resultados e indicadores estratégicos da agência;Acompanhar os canais de atendimento da Agência com o objetivo de buscar a eficiência e o melhor atendimento para os associados, propondo estratégias de melhorias nos resultados. Garantir que a equipe atue facilitando a interação com as soluções digitais, promovendo uma experiência positiva;Monitorar e acompanhar indicadores: performance da agência – KR’s estratégicos, evolução das carteiras, das plataformas digitais, entre outros;Facilitar orientação técnica e identificar necessidades de treinamento para melhor apoiar o time;Apoiar e fomentar o gerenciamento dos riscos inerentes das operações, das movimentações financeiras, assim como acompanhamento da eficiência da agência;Promover, intermediar e facilitar as transformações necessárias junto à cooperativa;Apoiar e acompanhar as atividades de Tesouraria, Caixa e Administrativo (quando houver), buscando garantir a segurança das operações e o controle financeiro da agência e direcionar para os meios digitais;Realizar a gestão dos processos, buscando identificar oportunidades de melhoria, demandando e acompanhando o aprimoramento junto à Sede.
