Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional que se identifique com nosso modelo de negócio Cooperativo e que esteja preparado(a) para fazer a diferença no mundo da Análise de Crédito!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições: Apoio, execução e manutenção de processos, bem como rotinas operacionais;Realização de análises, validações e ajustes operacionais relacionados aos processos do Ciclo de Crédito;Tratativa de ocorrências operacionais e apoio na resolução de problemas do dia a dia da área;Acompanhamento e controle da execução de atividades, procedimentos e fluxos relacionados ao Ciclo de Crédito;Análise e estudos de campanhas de Pré Aprovados;Participação, proposição de projetos de melhoria;Tabulação e análise de dados direcionados à área de créditoComunicação formal do Ciclo de Crédito com Agências e demais áreas da Sede;Atualização de relatórios/apresentações;Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades necessárias:Superior completo ou cursando: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Boa habilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;Conhecimento básico em Excel;Conhecimento básico de Power Point;Conhecimento básico de Mercado Financeiro;Qualidades apreciadas:Ter bom nível de concentração;Ser curioso(a) e questionador(a);Ser disciplinado(a);Proatividade;Vontade de aprender.Diferenciais:Experiência em análise de crédito;Experiência em metodologias de gestão de processos;Conhecimentos contábeis;Conhecimento em Power BI e linguagens de programação;Raciocínio Lógico;Informações adicionais: Modalidade presencial;Desejável residir em Palotina/PR.
