Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar oportunidades de negócios, prospectar novos associados e fomentar a comercialização de produtos e serviços voltados ao segmento Agro, por meio de visitas, relacionamento consultivo e atuação conjunta com as agências.Atuar como referência técnica para o segmento Agro, apoiando as equipes das agências na disseminação de conhecimento, realização de treinamentos, desenvolvimento de negócios e participação em reuniões estratégicas com associados. Prestar consultoria financeira aos associados e equipes internas, propondo soluções alinhadas às necessidades do negócio rural, contemplando crédito rural, investimentos, seguros, consórcios, meios de pagamento e demais produtos do portfólio da cooperativa.Possuir conhecimento avançado em produtos e serviços financeiros destinados ao Agronegócio, mantendo-se atualizado sobre linhas de crédito, recursos controlados e livres, programas governamentais, garantias e oportunidades de mercado.Acompanhar a evolução das operações de crédito e financiamentos contratados, contribuindo para a gestão sustentável da carteira e atuando preventivamente na mitigação de riscos.Participar de visitas técnicas, feiras agropecuárias, dias de campo, eventos setoriais e ações de relacionamento, fortalecendo a presença da cooperativa e ampliando sua atuação junto ao público agro.Monitorar tendências, cenários econômicos, indicadores do agronegócio e políticas de crédito rural, apoiando a tomada de decisão e a definição de estratégias comerciais.Contribuir para o atingimento das metas e indicadores do segmento Agro, promovendo o crescimento sustentável da carteira, a rentabilidade dos negócios e a satisfação dos associados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Agronomia, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, ou áreas correlatas.Certificação ANBIMA ativa (CPA-20 ou C-Pro R).Conhecimento avançado em produtos e soluções financeiras voltadas ao Agronegócio, incluindo crédito rural, seguros, consórcios, investimentos e demais linhas de negócio do segmento.Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação nas áreas de abrangência da cooperativa.Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI, análise de indicadores e visualização de dados.CNH válida e disponibilidade para deslocamentos frequentes.Residir em uma das cidades da área de atuação do Sicredi Nossa Terra PR: Cafelândia, Corbélia, Nova Aurora, Jesuítas, Formosa do Oeste, Iracema do Oeste, Palmitópolis ou Jotaesse.
