Juntos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Pessoas: Exercer a liderança da equipe.Prestar consultoria financeira aos associados e demais públicos de interesse, nas dependências da agência e em visitas externas.Gestão das operações e serviços: Responder pela movimentação financeira da agência, conforme normas e procedimentos institucionalizados.Planejamento: Liderar, elaborar e executar o planejamento da agência, focando o curto, médio e longo prazo.Projetar e realizar o encaminhamento das ações necessárias à manutenção e ampliação de associados, a fim de fomentar sua principalidade no Sicredi. Otimizar resultados no que se refere a custos e rentabilidade, de acordo com o planejado.Relacionamento com o quadro social: Fomentar o relacionamento com o quadro social e organizar os eventos.Gestão do Risco: Gerir os riscos inerentes as operações da agência, tendo visão global do grau de cada risco, visando a segurança em todos os processos.Organizar e responder pela gestão dos Programas de Relacionamento em sua agência, incentivando a participação dos associados, visando o desenvolvimento das comunidades e dos negócios.Representante Legal da agência: Atuar como procurador da Cooperativa, representando em todas as esferas necessárias para o atendimento das questões legai e de negócios.Gestão de carteira de Associados: Responder pela administração e desenvolvimento de carteira de associados.Ouvidoria: Realizar a gestão das demandas de ouvidoria junto a equipe visando solucionar os apontamentos e assegurar a resolução de demandas dos associados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNível de formação Ensino Superior (concluído) Área de formação: Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Áreas afins.Certificações e Registros necessários CPA 10.Experiência Profissional 2 anos na área de negócios da agência ou experiência similar de mercado.Habilidades e Temas de conhecimento desejáveis: Produtos e serviços financeiros, Sistema Financeiro Nacional, Matemática financeira, Negociação, Gestão de Pessoas, Visão de negócio financeiro.Residir em Pontal/SP.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: 08:30 - 17:30Benefícios: Vale alimentação/refeição, plano de saúde, auxílio PÓS/MBA, auxílio educação para dependentes, previdência privada e programa de participação nos resultados.
