Buscamos um(a) Analista Administrativo Financeiro para atuar nos processos de Contabilidade, Contas a Pagar e suporte ao negócio, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional, controle financeiro e qualidade das informações gerenciais da cooperativa. Procuramos um profissional analítico, organizado e com visão de processos, capaz de apoiar a tomada de decisão por meio de análises e controles financeiros.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContabilidade:Realizar análises e conciliações contábeis e financeiras;Efetuar lançamentos, provisões, apropriações e rateios contábeis;Apoiar os fechamentos contábeis mensais e anuais;Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios, indicadores e demonstrativos gerenciais;Identificar, analisar e propor correções para inconsistências contábeis e operacionais;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo a conformidade dos processos.Contas a Pagar: Analisar e validar notas fiscais, contratos e documentos para pagamento;Executar e acompanhar o fluxo de pagamentos, fornecedores e reembolsos;Realizar conferências tributárias e retenções fiscais;Monitorar despesas administrativas e apoiar o controle orçamentário;Promover melhorias nos processos financeiros visando eficiência e segurança operacional.Negócios :

Acompanhar indicadores financeiros e operacionais; Apoiar gestores na análise de receitas, despesas e eficiência operacional; Elaborar informações para suporte à tomada de decisão; Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e automação de processos; Interagir com diferentes áreas da cooperativa para garantir alinhamento e atendimento das demandas do negócio;
