Responsabilidades e atribuições Representar a área de Sustentabilidade e Cooperativismo na Regional do Amazonas; Planejar e acompanhar a implantação dos programas da área, em conjunto com a gerência e os assessores especialistas; Assessorar agências e lideranças na execução de ações de Cooperativismo, Educação Financeira, Desenvolvimento Social, Sustentabilidade e Governança; Mobilizar colaboradores, associados, coordenadores de núcleo, parceiros e comunidades; Conduzir formações, encontros, oficinas e eventos institucionais; Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas ao Crescer, Pertencer, Fundo Social, voluntariado, educação nas escolas, assembleias e participação dos associados; Acompanhar cronogramas, orçamento, indicadores, registros e resultados; Identificar necessidades do território e propor soluções adequadas à realidade das comunidades; Fortalecer o relacionamento com escolas, municípios, organizações sociais e parceiros; Garantir a integração entre a Regional do Amazonas, as agências e a Gerência de Sustentabilidade e Cooperativismo.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Pedagogia, Gestão de Cooperativas, Comunicação, Marketing, Serviço Social, Economia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência com projetos, programas sociais, ações educacionais, sustentabilidade, cooperativismo ou desenvolvimento de comunidades; Boa comunicação, organização, capacidade de articulação e autonomia; Facilidade para conduzir apresentações, encontros, treinamentos e mobilizações; Conhecimento das ferramentas do Microsoft 365; CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.

São considerados como diferenciais:

Conhecimento sobre cooperativismo e sociedades cooperativas; Experiência no Sicredi ou em instituições financeiras cooperativas; Vivência com programas sociais, Educação Financeira, Sustentabilidade, ESG ou Governança; Experiência com gestão de projetos, indicadores, orçamento e prestação de contas; Conhecimento ou vivência na realidade territorial do Amazonas.
