O Assessor de Segmentos Agro tem atuação estratégica no segmento, além de uma atuação próxima e consultiva junto aos gerentes de negócios e gerentes de agência, avaliando oportunidades de negócios nas carteiras do segmento.Responsabilidades e atribuições Implementar, monitorar e desenvolver ações ligadas ao seu segmento de atuação, de acordo com as diretrizes traçadas pelas Cooperativas e respectivas Agências, na busca do melhor desempenho e no alcance das metas do segmento sob sua responsabilidade.Assessorar as agências quanto ao desenvolvimento de negócios nos segmentos de sua responsabilidade, identificando oportunidades e visando o alcance das metas. Identificar oportunidades de negócios e fomentar sua efetivação, seguindo estratégias e levantamento de oportunidades locais, a fim de alavancar os resultados da Cooperativa / Agências.Capacitar os profissionais de negócios da agência para prestarem consultoria financeira aos associados, ministrando treinamento negocial sobre as soluções financeiras adequadas a cada segmento, bem como as atitudes esperadas para os gestores de negócios, a fim de qualificá-los para o atingimento dos resultados da agência.Pesquisar o potencial dos mercados em que estão situadas as agências, visando permitir a visualização das oportunidades de negócios, bem como o comportamento da concorrência. Ter domínio de informações e atributos das soluções financeiras de cada segmento correspondentes nos principais concorrentes da região e do Sicredi.Apoiar as agências em negócios de maior porte ou complexidade, que exijam abordagens diferenciadas, agindo segundo as orientações técnicas do Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Negócios e diretoria, sempre que demandado pelas agências.Acompanhar, através dos indicadores do negócio, o desempenho das carteiras nas agências dos segmentos sob sua assessoria, e sugerir (alinhado com o GRD, Diretor/Gerente de Agência) ações emergenciais para o atendimento do plano de metas, visando a produtividade e o alcance de metas.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo nos cursos de Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Gestão Comercial, Agronomia ou áreas afins;Pós graduação completa ou em andamento em áreas relacionadas;   Certificação da Anbima - C PRO I; Vivência como Assessor, Gerente de Negócios Agro, Gerente de Agência ou experiência similar de mercado;Desejável experiência no segmento Agro em instituição financeira;Domínio dos Produtos e Serviços do segmento Agro;Conhecimento do Pacote Office; Carteira de habilitação B; Disponibilidade para viagens;
