Esta é uma oportunidade para atuar como parceiro (fornecedor contratado) em âmbito de cobertura da Cooperativa Sicredi Celeiro Centro Norte para os Programas A União Faz a Vida, Finanças na Mochila e Cooperativas Escolares. De acordo com o profissional, este auxiliará a Cooperativa/Fundação a zelar pela metodologia de formação dos professores nos Programas, sendo referência na fundamentação teórica metodológica dos Programas. Esse profissional terá a oportunidade de conduzir as Habilitações Iniciais, Formações Continuadas, Formação de Gestores e Assessorias Pedagógicas do Programa estando em contato com especialistas, mestres e doutores na área de educação.Vale ressaltar que apesar da atuação ser junto a um programa desenvolvido pela Sicredi Celeiro Centro Norte, essa vaga não tem vínculo empregatício com a mesma por se tratar de um vínculo como prestador de serviços (terceiro) e não uma contratação no regime CLT.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir os processos formativos dos Programas A União Faz a Vida, Finanças na Mochila e Cooperativas Escolares (de acordo com o perfil/bagagem do profissional, será direcionado qual programa ficará responsável);Apresentar o Programa nas secretarias de educação e escolas, quando solicitado;Organização dos processos formativos para a Cooperativa, referência aos Programas;Mediar grupos de estudos;Participar das Formações desenvolvidas pela Fundação Sicredi, quando solicitado;Seguir os planos de trabalho definidos em conjunto com o Assessor da Cooperativa; Prestar contas ao Assessor da Cooperativa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação na área da Educação (obrigatório);Experiência na Educação Básica;Conhecimento em metodologias ativas e pacote Office ( apresentações);Desejável experiência com formação de educadores;Diferencial Mestrado/Doutorado (na área da Educação);Ter ou estar disponível a criar empresa na área de educação, para fins de contratação;Ter disponibilidade e flexibilidade de horário (de acordo com alinhamento prévio de agendas).Informações adicionaisTer disponibilidade para viajar (quando necessário);Atuação nas cidades em que o Programa é desenvolvido pela Cooperativa Sicredi Celeiro Centro Norte, com possibilidade de expansão para outros municípios;A carga horária será definida conforme demanda e alinhamentos do contrato Pessoa Jurídica (fornecedor);Algumas habilidades que são muito importantes para o nosso Programa: organização, dinamismo, inovação, confiança, flexibilidade, postura ética, trabalho em equipe, empatia e bom relacionamento interpessoal.
