Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a captação e a aplicação de recursos no mercado financeiro, definindo perfis de risco e estratégias que ampliem a rentabilidade e garantam liquidez e segurança nas operações.Elaborar e executar o plano tático e estratégico de negócios de investimentos das agências, alinhado às diretrizes da Cooperativa e do Sistema Sicredi. Liderar, desenvolver e direcionar o time de Assessores e Analista de Investimentos, acompanhando performance, PDI, gestão de desempenho e ciclo de reconhecimento.Orientar tecnicamente Gerentes de Agência e Gerentes de Negócios por meio de visitas periódicas, apoiando a execução das estratégias e o desenvolvimento das carteiras de produtos e serviços. Gerir a precificação dos produtos de Depósito a Prazo e LCA e conduzir as negociações de flexibilização de taxas. Acompanhar diariamente os recursos totais da Cooperativa, os índices de liquidez e os indicadores de performance de captação das agências.Realizar pesquisas de mercado e análise de concorrência, identificando oportunidades de captação na área de atuação.Apoiar as agências na negociação com grandes investidores e no fortalecimento do padrão de atendimento ao investidor, promovendo. retenção e qualificação dos recursos captados.Promover formações para os colaboradores das agências.Realizar eventos de cenário econômico e investimentos para público externo.Consolidar e reportar informações da área para a Diretoria Executiva, subsidiando a tomada de decisão estratégica .Zelar pela conformidade das práticas comerciais com os normativos internos e externos, atuando preventivamente na mitigação de riscos e garantindo o cumprimento do Código de Conduta. 

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Ciências Econômicas ou áreas correlatasCertificação C-PRO I (antiga CEA) requisito obrigatório - Certificação CFP será um diferencialExperiência consolidada em captação de recursos, produtos de investimentos e mercado financeiro.Conhecimento em gestão de liquidez, precificação de produtos de captação e cenário econômico.Excel avançado e PowerPoint;. Disponibilidade para viagens na área de atuação: Mato Grosso e Rondônia.Desejável: pós-graduação concluída ou em curso e vivência em cooperativas de crédito e experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes.
