Venha fazer parte do nosso timaço.Caso você não preencha os requisitos da atual vaga, não se esqueça de fazer o cadastro no nosso banco de talentos.Será um prazer construir o futuro com você ao nosso lado!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e controlar a entrada e saída de pessoas nas dependências da Unidade;Controlar a entrada e saída de veículos das dependências da Unidade de clientes, fornecedores ou prestador de serviço;Controlar a entrada e saída de veículos das dependências da Unidade de alunos, pais de alunos e empregados;Prestar informações e esclarecimentos ao público, sobre assuntos e dúvidas gerais referentes à Instituição e pertinentes à sua área de atuação;Impedir a entrada de pessoas estranhas, suspeitas, não identificadas e outras anormalidades nos ambientes físicos da Instituição;Orientar fornecedores sobre a entrega de documentos, materiais e encomendas etc;Realizar a abertura e o fechamento da Unidade;Garantir que os alunos estejam fazendo uso do uniforme;Dar apoio a execução de outras atividades da unidade e suporte à gerência quando solicitado;Detectar situações na unidade escolar que ofereçam perigo aos alunos na entrada e saída.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica: Ensino médio completoExperiência:Experiência em portaria, controle de acesso ou atendimento ao público, preferencialmente em ambiente escolar ou institucional.

Conhecimentos Específicos:Conhecimento em informática (Pacote Office: Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook);Atendimento ao Público.Controle de entrada e saída de pessoas;

Identificação e liberação de visitantes;

Controle de acesso de alunos, responsáveis e prestadores de serviço;

Rotinas de portaria e segurança escolar;

Atendimento e orientação ao público;

Registro de ocorrências;

Comunicação com os setores internos;

Noções de segurança e prevenção de riscos;

Noções de procedimentos em situações de emergência;

Postura profissional e relacionamento interpessoal.
