Gestão de PessoasApoiar o desenvolvimento da equipe por meio de avaliações periódicas (formais e informais).Fomentar o desenvolvimento de competências comportamentais e técnicas.Identificar e viabilizar ações de capacitação para o crescimento individual e coletivo.2. Gestão da AgênciaLiderar e executar o planejamento estratégico da agência.Projetar e encaminhar ações para manutenção e ampliação da base de associados.Incrementar os resultados de negócios dos segmentos (MC, ISA, etc.).3. Experiência dos Associados nos CanaisMonitorar a satisfação e qualidade do atendimento via canais digitais, autoatendimento e rede credenciada.Elaborar e analisar métricas de engajamento.Fomentar e influenciar o uso dos canais digitais pelos associados.Propor estratégias para melhorar os resultados de negócios obtidos por esses canais.4. Requisitos Legais e ControlesGerir os riscos inerentes às operações da agência.Responder pela movimentação financeira da unidade.Atuar como procurador da cooperativa, representando-a em todas as esferas legais e de negócios.5. Consultoria Financeira aos AssociadosPrestar consultoria financeira nas dependências da agência e em visitas externas.Oferecer informações técnicas sobre produtos e serviços para qualificar o atendimento e efetivar negócios.6. OuvidoriaGerenciar as demandas da ouvidoria junto à equipe.Assegurar a resolução dos apontamentos e demandas dos associados.7. Multiplicador do ConhecimentoAtuar como facilitador e multiplicador em ações de educação.Desenvolver competências técnicas sobre produtos e negócios.8.
