Apoiar os associados em suas decisões sobre produtos e serviços financeiros, criando estratégias para a vida financeira e gerando impacto positivo nas comunidades onde a cooperativa está inserida.Responder pela administração e desenvolvimento de carteira de associados predominantemente de Pessoa Física (PF), cumprindo a agenda comercial estabelecida, apresentando soluções financeiras adequadas às necessidades, comercializando produtos e serviços aderentes as metas estabelecidas, visando o cumprimento do planejamento estratégico.Facilitar a interação dos associados com os canais de auto atendimento e auto serviço, visando a agilidade e o direcionamento dos associados para as soluções digitais. Prestar orientação para associados utilizarem melhor os produtos e tecnologia disponíveis.Controlar os níveis de endividamento da carteira e elaborar medidas de resolução da inadimplência, evitando custos e envolvimento judicial. Realizar cadastro e atualizações dos dados de associados.Realizar a integração de novos associados, explicando sobre o Sicredi, tirando dúvidas, visando o engajamento do associado com os valores do cooperativismo.Atuar na gestão de carteiras de associados pessoa física de porte I e II (varejo), visando prestar um atendimento diferenciado e direcionado ao público alvo.Realizar (eventualmente e conforme demanda) transações financeiras de pagamentos, recebimentos e transferências.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino superior completo ou em andamento.Certificações: CPA-20 (obrigatória).Experiência: Vivência em gestão de carteira de clientes ou pessoas associadas em instituições financeiras.Conhecimento em produtos e serviços financeiros, com capacidade de identificar soluções adequadas para diferentes perfis de negócios.Familiaridade com o cooperativismo de crédito, economia básicaHabilidade em negociação, comunicação clara e empática, e orientação para servir.Facilidade com tecnologias digitais, incluindo canais de autoatendimento e ferramentas de relacionamento com pessoas associadas.Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados da carteira e gerar insights que apoiem decisões estratégicas.Informações adicionaisNo Sicredi, valorizamos o bem-estar, o desenvolvimento e a qualidade de vida das pessoas que fazem parte do nosso time.
