Além disso, atuará na gestão e desenvolvimento da carteira Pessoa Física, fortalecendo relacionamentos e contribuindo para os resultados sustentáveis da cooperativa.É uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja desenvolver sua carreira na área de Negócios, ampliar conhecimentos sobre produtos e serviços financeiros e fortalecer competências em relacionamento, atendimento consultivo e geração de negócios. #LI-LP4Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento consultivo aos associados Pessoa Física, identificando necessidades e propondo soluções financeiras adequadas.Gerenciar e desenvolver uma carteira de associados, fortalecendo relacionamentos e ampliando oportunidades de negócios.Atuar de forma receptiva, proporcionando uma experiência positiva e de excelência no atendimento.Comercializar produtos e serviços financeiros alinhados aos objetivos dos associados e da cooperativa.Identificar oportunidades de novos negócios por meio dos contatos realizados na agência e nos canais de relacionamento.Acompanhar indicadores e resultados da carteira, contribuindo para o atingimento das metas estabelecidas.Apoiar os associados na utilização dos canais digitais e de autoatendimento, incentivando sua autonomia e experiência digital.Realizar atualização cadastral e garantir a conformidade dos processos e informações dos associados.Atuar na integração de novos associados, apresentando os diferenciais do Sicredi e fortalecendo o relacionamento desde o primeiro contato.Disseminar os princípios do cooperativismo e contribuir para o desenvolvimento da comunidade local.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino superior completo ou em andamento.Certificações: CPA-10 ou CPA-20 (obrigatória).Experiência: Vivência mínima de 1 ano com gestão de carteira de clientes ou pessoas associadas em instituições financeiras.Conhecimento em produtos e serviços financeiros, com capacidade de identificar soluções adequadas para diferentes perfis de negócios.Familiaridade com o cooperativismo de crédito, economia básica e Lei Geral de Micro e Pequenas Empresas.Habilidade em negociação, comunicação clara e empática, e orientação para servir.Facilidade com tecnologias digitais, incluindo canais de autoatendimento e ferramentas de relacionamento com pessoas associadas.Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados da carteira e gerar insights que apoiem decisões estratégicas.Informações adicionaisNo Sicredi, valorizamos o bem-estar, o desenvolvimento e a qualidade de vida das pessoas que fazem parte do nosso time.
