Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolvimento de soluções de IA e Machine Learning: apoiar na construção, treinamento e implementação de modelos preditivos e de automação;Geração de Relatórios e Insights: preparar e manter relatórios, dashboards e apresentações com insights acionáveis para apoiar a tomada de decisão de negócio;Análise de Dados: coletar, processar e analisar grandes volumes de dados para identificar padrões, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria;Colaboração com outras áreas: atuar junto às equipes de negócio (crédito, planejamento financeiro, agências) garantindo alinhamento pleno das análises com as necessidades reais da cooperativa;Guardião e porta-voz dos dados: utilizar os dados em consonância com a LGPD, promovendo o uso responsável de dados e IA através das ferramentas institucionais;Apoio em análises mais avançadas: aplicar, com suporte do time, métodos estatísticos e de machine learning (clusterização, modelos preditivos, distribuição de probabilidade etc.).Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Superior (completa ou em conclusão) em Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Matemática, Engenharias, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;Noções básicas de lógica de programação;Conhecimento básico em Python;Noções básicas de SQL e Banco de Dados;Noções básicas de Databricks;Conhecimento em conceitos de Machine Learning (ex.: classificação, clusterização);Ciência das normas que regem a LGPD;Boa comunicação e facilidade para colaborar com áreas de negócio, traduzindo necessidades práticas em soluções de dados.
