Se você é um líder apaixonado por pessoas, resultados e impacto positivo, esta oportunidade é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Pessoas: Apoiar no desenvolvimento da equipe, avaliações periódicas, informais e formais, fomentar o desenvolvimento das competências comportamentais e técnicas necessárias para o desenvolvimento individual e coletivo, identificar e viabilizar ações de capacitação.Gestão da Agência: Liderar e executar o planejamento da agência. Projetar e realizar o encaminhamento das ações necessárias à manutenção e ampliação da base de associados e o incremento dos resultados de negócios do segmento (MC, ISA, etc)Experiência dos associados nos canais: Monitorar o nível da satisfação e da qualidade do atendimento de associados via canais digitais, auto atendimento e rede credenciada, elaborando e analisando as métricas de engajamento. Fomentar e influenciar o uso dos canais digitais pelos associados. Propor estratégias de melhoria nos resultados de negócios obtidos através dos canais digitais.Requisitos legais e controles: Gerir os riscos inerentes as operações da agência. Responder pela movimentação financeira da agência. Atuar como procurador da Cooperativa, representando em todas as esferas necessárias para o atendimento das questões legais e de negócios.Consultoria financeira aos associados: Prestar consultoria financeira aos associados e demais públicos de interesse, nas dependências da agência e em visitas externas, prestando informações técnicas sobre produtos e serviços, a fim de qualificar o atendimento e efetivar negociações.Ouvidoria: Realizar a gestão das demandas de ouvidoria junto a equipe visando solucionar os apontamentos e assegurar a resolução de demandas dos associados.Multiplicador do conhecimento: Atuar como facilitador e multiplicador em ações de educação e desenvolvimento de competências técnicas sobre produtos e negócios.Agente da comunidade: Organizar e responder pela gestão dos Programas de Relacionamento em sua agência. Incentivar a participação e o engajamento dos associados e da comunidade. Articular novos parceiros e apoiadores.
