Será responsável pela gestão de projetos de escopo fechado, governança de portfólio, relacionamento com clientes e coordenação de equipes multidisciplinares, assegurando prazo, qualidade, custos e geração de valor para o negócio.Procuramos um profissional com forte capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e sólida base técnica para atuar como elo entre clientes, áreas de negócio, arquitetura, engenharia, desenvolvimento e liderança executiva, contribuindo também para a definição de soluções tecnológicas e iniciativas de inovação.Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Liderança, Gestão de Projetos e Relacionamento com ClientesLiderar projetos de tecnologia, transformação digital e Inteligência Artificial, do kick-off ao encerramento.Gerenciar portfólio de projetos simultâneos, assegurando cumprimento de escopo, cronograma, orçamento e qualidade, com foco em geração de valor para o negócio.Atuar como principal ponto de contato entre clientes, áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas, garantindo alinhamento constante entre as partes.Gerenciar contratos, entregáveis e aceites formais, mantendo relacionamento próximo e contínuo com os clientes.2. Planejamento, Governança e ControleElaborar e acompanhar planos de projeto, cronogramas, roadmaps e relatórios executivos.Identificar e gerenciar riscos, dependências e mudanças de escopo, estruturando planos de mitigação eficazes.3. Comunicação ExecutivaConduzir reuniões executivas, comitês de acompanhamento e apresentações estratégicas para stakeholders.4. Governança e MetodologiasAplicar metodologias ágeis, híbridas e preditivas conforme a necessidade de cada projeto, garantindo governança consistente.5. Apoio TécnicoApoiar a definição de soluções técnicas em conjunto com especialistas, atuando como elo entre visão de negócio e execução técnica.6. Inovação e Inteligência ArtificialIdentificar e propor oportunidades de automação e aplicação de Inteligência Artificial para otimização de processos e ganho de eficiência.7.
