Estamos buscando uma pessoa para atuar na coordenação de um Squad responsável pela implantação e operação de produtos de AI ASSIST, atendendo a diferentes clientes dentro de um mesmo pipeline de entregas.Essa pessoa será responsável por organizar o ritmo da operação, conectando Cliente, Desk e Time técnico, garantindo clareza de prioridades, acompanhamento as demandas, gestão de riscos, capacidade da Squad e planejamento das entregas.O papel será fundamental para garantir que cada demanda tenha direcionamento, prioridade e responsabilidade, mantendo uma visão integrada dos projetos e evitando conflitos de prioridade entre Clientes.A engenharia será responsável pelo código, modelos e implementação técnica. O Coordenador será responsável por organizar a demanda, priorizar o que entra na Sprint, acompanhar a execução e garantir que as entregas aconteçam de forma controlada e previsível.O desafio da posição - O profissional estará à frente de uma operação de AI que envolverá múltiplos produtos, clientes e integrações.No dia a dia, será responsável por transformar às necessidades dos Clientes e da operação em um Backlog organizado. Definir prioridades junto as áreas envolvidas, acompanhar a capacidade da Squad; minimizar riscos, impedimentos e mudanças de forma que sejam tratados antes de impactarem as entregas.A Squad que será coordenada pelo profissional atua em uma linha de produtos de AI voltados para operação e atendimento, e não em um chatbot isolado: AIOps; AI Resolvedor; Autoatendimento de AI; AI para Orquestração.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEntre as principais entregas esperadas estão:Status report dos projetos;Acompanhamento de SLA;Gestão e tratamento de impedimentos;Controle de mudanças;Planejamento e acompanhamento de releases;Gestão de Backlog e prioridades;Acompanhamento de cronograma e capacidade da Squad;Comunicação clara entre cliente, Desk e equipe técnica.Condução de reuniões com clientes;Registro e acompanhamento de atas e planos de ação;Elaboração de status reports;Acompanhamento de indicadores;Gestão e acompanhamento de SLA;Gestão de mudanças;Comunicação com diferentes níveis da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica: Superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Administração de Empresas, Gestão de TI ou áreas correlatas.Experiência Profissional: Sólida bagagem prévia na condução de projetos de tecnologia, gestão de equipes multidisciplinares e interface direta com clientes internos/externos.Metodologias e Frameworks: Domínio praticado em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e tradicionais (PMBOK/PMI). Certificações como PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) ou ITIL serão diferenciais relevantes.Competências Técnicas (Hard Skills):Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de projetos;Noções consistentes de arquitetura de software, infraestrutura de TI, segurança da informação e governança;Capacidade de mapeamento e otimização de processos de negócios.Competências Comportamentais (Soft Skills):Comunicação assertiva e clara para transitar entre níveis técnicos e executivos.Liderança facilitadora, negociação e resolução de conflitos.Resiliência, adaptabilidade a mudanças de escopo e visão analítica para mitigação de riscos.Ferramentas Gestão de Tarefas/Squads: Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello ou MS Project.Indicadores e Dados: Power BI e Excel Avançado. Processos (ITSM): ServiceNow, Jira Service Management ou equivalentes.
