Buscamos uma pessoa ágil, organizada e eficiente, com perfil proativo, senso de prioridade e foco em resolução de problemas, que goste de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e com impacto direto na operação do cliente.Como será o seu dia a dia:Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários por meio de atendimento telefônico, remoto e presencial, garantindo um atendimento claro, cordial e eficiente;Registrar, analisar e tratar chamados em ferramenta de ITSM, assegurando o correto enquadramento, categorização, priorização e acompanhamento conforme SLA;Atuar em chamados relacionados a:Sistemas operacionais (Windows);Software, hardware e periféricos;Redes de computadores;Pacote Office / Microsoft 365;Impressoras, scanners e dispositivos móveis;Serviços de TI, segurança da informação e produtos corporativos;Realizar análises iniciais, troubleshooting e resolução de incidentes e requisições de baixa e média complexidade;Escalonar chamados para grupos resolvedores quando necessário, garantindo o correto repasse de informações técnicas;Prover suporte técnico visando alta disponibilidade, estabilidade e performance dos ambientes dos clientes;Orientar e treinar usuários, sempre que necessário, quanto ao uso correto de sistemas, equipamentos e boas práticas de TI;Apoiar atividades operacionais, rotinas de validação, checklists técnicos e demandas recorrentes do ambiente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento básico em:Sistema operacional Windows;Pacote Office / Microsoft 365;Hardware (desktop, notebook, impressoras);Redes de Computadores (conceitos de TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);Segurança da Informação (boas práticas, controle de acesso, políticas).Possuir CNH BSerão diferenciais:Experiência prévia em suporte técnico;Conhecimento em ferramenta OTRS ou similares (GLPI, ServiceNow, Freshservice);Vivência em ambientes corporativos de grande porte;Noções básicas de ITIL.Horário de Atuação:De segunda a sexta das 08:00 às 17:00 em Guarulhos - SP OBS.: Hey!
