A MTP – Métodos e Tecnologia é uma multinacional espanhola com 28 anos de atuação, presente em mais de 21 países, com sedes no Brasil, Espanha e México. Somos especialistas em Digital Business Assurance, unindo estratégia, tecnologia e inovação para apoiar grandes empresas em sua jornada de transformação digital. Com mais de 80 clientes ativos nos setores de Finanças, Seguros, Telecom, Indústria, Varejo, Tecnologia e Energia, entregamos soluções que garantem qualidade, segurança e performance em todo o ciclo digital. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Negócios Sênior para atuar em uma iniciativa global de transformação dentro da frente ASDM.O profissional será responsável por analisar e documentar os processos atuais de ITSM (As-Is), levantar e traduzir requisitos de negócio, apoiar atividades de governança do projeto e promover a padronização de processos entre diferentes regiões.A posição exige forte interação com líderes de workstreams, especialistas de negócio (SMEs) e stakeholders globais, contribuindo para a entrega dos principais artefatos do projeto e para o sucesso da transformação organizacional.Principais Responsabilidades

Analisar e documentar os processos atuais (As-Is) de ITSM em diferentes regiões, incluindo:

Gestão de Incidentes;

Gestão de Requisições;

Gestão de Problemas;

Gestão de Mudanças;

Gestão do Conhecimento.

Conduzir entrevistas, reuniões e workshops para:

Levantamento de requisitos;

Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria;

Mapeamento de gaps;

Compreensão de particularidades regionais.

Elaborar:

Mapas de processos (L2 e L3);

Documentação de requisitos de negócio;

Especificações funcionais.

Trabalhar em conjunto com especialistas de negócio (SMEs), líderes de workstreams e liderança do programa para transformar necessidades de negócio em requisitos estruturados.

Promover a padronização e a harmonização dos processos entre diferentes regiões, respeitando as necessidades e restrições locais.

Facilitar o alinhamento entre stakeholders em um ambiente global e matricial.

Garantir integração e alinhamento com outras frentes de TI, incluindo:

Service Desk;

Hosting;

Tech4Tech;

Digital Workplace.

Apoiar o Workstream Lead e o Project Manager na elaboração de apresentações, documentos e demais artefatos do projeto.

Apoiar a adoção de novos processos, práticas e formas de trabalho.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios

Experiência comprovada como Business Analyst em programas de transformação de grande porte e organizações multinacionais; ou experiência em desenvolvimento de aplicações/SDLC, com conhecimento em metodologias de PMO e gestão de projetos.

Forte capacidade analítica e experiência na condução de workshops e no levantamento de requisitos.

Capacidade de transformar necessidades de negócio em:

Requisitos estruturados;

Documentação funcional;

Desenho de processos.

Experiência em ambientes dinâmicos, com múltiplos stakeholders e alto grau de complexidade.

Facilidade para atuar em cenários com mudanças frequentes e requisitos pouco definidos.

Diferenciais

Conhecimento prático em ServiceNow (SNOW).

Experiência anterior como Service Designer.

Vivência em projetos de:

Transformação de modelos operacionais globais;

Centros de Serviços Compartilhados (Shared Services);

Outsourcing de TI.
