Topa vir com a gente nessa? 🎯Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será o seu dia a dia: Principais ResponsabilidadesAdministrar e sustentar ambientes Microsoft 365, Exchange Online e Exchange Server.Gerenciar e manter ambientes Active Directory (AD) e Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).Administrar serviços de infraestrutura Microsoft, incluindo DNS, GPO, WSUS e SCCM/MECM.Implementar, monitorar e otimizar políticas de segurança, acesso e autenticação.Executar troubleshooting avançado e atuar na resolução de incidentes de alta criticidade.Realizar análises de causa raiz (RCA) e propor ações preventivas e corretivas.Desenvolver scripts e automações utilizando PowerShell.Participar de projetos de migração, atualização e modernização de ambientes Microsoft.Apoiar tecnicamente equipes N1 e N2, atuando como ponto de escalonamento.Elaborar e manter documentação técnica e procedimentos operacionais.Garantir a disponibilidade, performance, segurança e governança dos ambientes administrados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo ou em formação na área de Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.Requisitos ObrigatóriosExperiência sólida como Analista de Infraestrutura N3.Conhecimento avançado em: Active Directory (AD)Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)Microsoft 365Exchange Online e On-PremisesDNSSCCM/MECMWSUSGPOWindows ServerExperiência em troubleshooting de ambientes corporativos de grande porte.Conhecimento em automação com PowerShell.Conhecimento em segurança, gestão de identidade e controle de acesso.Capacidade de atuação em ambientes críticos e alta disponibilidade.
