Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Atendimento e Operações para atuar na gestão das atividades operacionais e do atendimento da agência, garantindo eficiência nos processos, excelência na experiência dos associados e desenvolvimento da equipe.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponder pela gestão administrativa e operacional da agência, assegurando o adequado funcionamento das operações e dos processos internos.Promover excelência no relacionamento e na experiência dos associados nos canais físicos e digitais.Acompanhar e apoiar as atividades de tesouraria, caixa e processos administrativos, garantindo segurança operacional e conformidade.Garantir a correta formalização das operações e dos negócios, observando normativos sistêmicos e internos da cooperativa.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da agência, propondo ações de melhoria contínua para ganho de eficiência operacional e satisfação dos associados.Atuar como agente de transformação, apoiando a implementação de projetos, iniciativas e melhorias de processos.Apoiar o Gerente de Agência na gestão dos riscos operacionais e financeiros, bem como no acompanhamento dos resultados da unidade.Garantir o atendimento às demandas de auditorias, órgãos reguladores e requisitos de conformidade.Supervisionar a infraestrutura e os serviços de apoio da agência, assegurando um ambiente seguro, organizado e funcional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Marketing, Direito, Ciências Atuariais ou áreas afins.Experiência mínima de 5 anos em atividades relacionadas à gestão operacional, atendimento, administração ou negócios em instituições financeiras, cooperativas de crédito ou segmentos correlatos.Conhecimento de produtos e serviços financeiros.Conhecimento de processos administrativos, operacionais e controles internos.Habilidade para análise de indicadores e melhoria contínua de processos. Certificação C-PRO R ANBIMA
