Atuar de forma simples, próxima e proativa no relacionamento com os associados, acolhendo suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções adequadas. Contribuir para o crescimento sustentável da base de associados, promovendo a inclusão financeira e o fortalecimento do vínculo com a cooperativa.E aí, quer fazer parte deste desafio ao nosso lado?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão da carteira de associados PJ;Prospectar novos associados e negócios;A partir de dados da carteira, estimular os associados sobre soluções financeiras adequadas ao seu momento. Apoiar nas decisões sobre produtos e serviços, criando estratégias para a vida financeira e gerando impacto positivo no segmento da Cooperativa;Realizar visitas recorrentes aos associados e prospectos, com foco em PJ, visando a geração de novos negócios e o fortalecimento do relacionamento presencial.Realizar Gestão de inadimplência.
