Apoiar na guarda, recebimento, envio e previsão de numerário. Realizar serviços de recebimentos, pagamentos, consultas e controle de numerário.Prevenir e identificar possíveis fraudes e práticas de lavagem de dinheiro, garantindo a conformidade com os normativos internos e regulatórios. Atender os associados com cordialidade e eficiência, identificando oportunidades de negócios e direcionando para a equipe de negócios. Apoiar atividades administrativas, contribuindo para a agilidade e eficiência das operações da agência. Aplicar corretamente os normativos internos, bem como as orientações sistêmicas e locais.Receber documentos, conferir formalidades legais e apoiar rotinas operacionais para garantir um atendimento eficiente e organizado.Apoiar cobranças de operações de crédito, acompanhar prazos e oferecer suporte às agências para recuperação de valores.Auxiliar associados no uso de soluções digitais, promovendo inclusão e orientação sobre canais e serviços online.Integrar novos associados, explicando produtos, serviços e valores do cooperativismo, garantindo uma experiência de boas-vindas positiva.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior (concluído ou em andamento) em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia e áreas afins;Certificação obrigatória: CPA (antiga CPA-10).Habilidades e conhecimentos: Economia básica; Conhecimento sobre produtos e serviços financeiros; Cooperativismo de crédito; Comunicação clara e objetiva; Organização e visão analítica; Pacote Office.
