O programa Jovem Aprendiz é uma excelente oportunidade para iniciar a trajetória profissional. Durante o programa, jovem terá a oportunidade de estudar temas relacionados ao mercado de trabalho, e também aprender na prática a realidade de uma organização corporativa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Jovem Aprendiz será responsável por participar das aulas teóricas oferecidas pela instituição de ensino parceira do Sicredi, nos dias e horários previamente definidos. Também atuará de forma prática em uma unidade física da instituição, contribuindo com atividades administrativas e operacionais, como organização de arquivos e documentos físicos e digitais, digitação e conferência de documentos, atendimento ao público interno e externo com cordialidade e atenção, além de apoiar rotinas administrativas das áreas conforme demanda. Não é exigida experiência profissional anterior, mas espera-se que o candidato demonstre interesse em aprender e se desenvolver, comprometimento com os estudos e com as atividades práticas, boa comunicação, postura ética, organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e seguir orientações.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO candidato deve estar cursando ou ter concluído o Ensino Médio. Algumas instituições de ensino parceiras também permitem o vínculo de aprendizes que estejam com o Ensino Superior em andamento, conforme as diretrizes dos programas de aprendizagem. É desejável conhecimento básico em informática, especialmente no pacote Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint), navegação na internet e uso de e-mail. São requisitadas habilidades como organização, proatividade, boa comunicação, responsabilidade e trabalho em equipe. Cursos introdutórios em administração, atendimento ao cliente ou informática básica, bem como certificações nessas áreas, serão considerados diferenciais.
