Se você se identifica com esses valores e quer fazer parte de uma instituição que valoriza o desenvolvimento humano, a inclusão financeira e o impacto positivo no território, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na gestão de carteiras exclusivas de Pessoa Física (PF), com associados de baixa, média e alta complexidade, incluindo demandas financeiras mais estruturadas e personalizadas.Realizar atendimento consultivo (presencial, remoto ou digital), promovendo relacionamento de longo prazo com os associados e fortalecendo o vínculo com a cooperativa.Administrar e desenvolver a carteira de associados, cumprindo agenda comercial e apresentando soluções financeiras estratégicas, alinhadas ao perfil e momento de vida do associado.Prospectar novos associados e negócios, realizando visitas, identificando oportunidades e fortalecendo relacionamentos, com visão analítica sobre risco, endividamento e potencial de negócios.Atuar com vendas consultivas, utilizando técnicas comerciais e profundo conhecimento dos produtos e serviços, garantindo uma abordagem personalizada e estratégica.Orientar financeiramente os associados, apoiando na tomada de decisão sobre investimentos, crédito e planejamento financeiro, com foco em impacto positivo e sustentabilidade dos negócios.Acompanhar indicadores estratégicos da carteira, propondo e executando ações para alavancar resultados e superar metas, mantendo o associado no centro da estratégia.Controlar os níveis de endividamento da carteira e atuar na gestão da inadimplência, adotando medidas preventivas e corretivas para mitigação de risco.Estimular e orientar o uso de canais digitais e de autoatendimento, promovendo autonomia, agilidade e melhor experiência ao associado.Realizar a integração de novos associados, reforçando os valores do cooperativismo e promovendo o engajamento com a cooperativa.Apoiar tecnicamente a equipe, atuando como referência na área, compartilhando conhecimento e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de profissionais menos experientes.Executar, eventualmente, transações financeiras (pagamentos, recebimentos e transferências) e garantir a atualização cadastral dos associados, conforme necessidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior (preferencialmente em Administração, Economia, Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas).Desejável experiência, preferencialmente em instituições financeiras.Certificação: CPA-20/C PRO-R (obrigatória).Vivência com gestão de carteiras de maior complexidade, envolvendo crédito, investimentos e relacionamento com clientes de maior renda.Habilidades e conhecimentos: Economia básica; Conhecimento sobre produtos e serviços financeiros; Cooperativismo de crédito; Comunicação clara e objetiva; Organização e visão analítica; Pacote Office.Competências comportamentais: Foco no associado, comunicação clara e objetiva, visão analítica, lógica, sistematicidade.Residir ou ter mobilidade de deslocamento para Apodi/RN.Informações adicionaisRemuneração fixa compatível com o cargo e experiência exigidaBenefícios:PPR Anual (Remuneração Variável): Participação nos Resultados conforme desempenho e metas da cooperativa.Vale Alimentação: Com possibilidade de escolha entre: 100% para alimentação, ou 70% alimentação + 30% refeição.Plano de Saúde Unimed – Rede Aberta: Cobertura para colaboradores e filhos até 18 anos.Seguro de Vida: Tranquilidade e proteção financeira com a Icatu Seguros.Previdência Privada: Incentivo à construção de uma reserva financeira para o futuro.Auxílio Educação: Apoio ao desenvolvimento profissional por meio de subsídio educacional.Auxílio Creche: Para cada filho até 6 anos e 11 meses.Ecossistema de Aprendizagem: Acesso à plataforma de educação corporativa com trilhas de desenvolvimento.Pacote Saúde e Bem-Estar: Gympass/Wellhub, Vitta, Zenklub e Optum.Informações complementares:Atuação de segunda à sexta-feira.Local: Apodi/RN.
