Responsável pela identificação, avaliação e minimização do risco associado à atividades que possam comprometer as condições de saúde e segurança dos colaboradores; Realizar inspeções periódicas, auxiliar no gerenciamento de riscos, treinamento e campanhas de conscientização, estabelecimento de normas, procedimentos e programas de segurança, implantação de medidas de proteção individuais/ coletivas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar rondas em todas as dependências da empresa, tendo de inspecionar e fiscalizar condições de trabalho e uso correto dos equipamentos de segurança, verificando observância das normas pré determinadas; Registrar anormalidades e ocorrências e comunicar aos responsáveis através de relatórios, bem como, solicitar prazos de posterior cobrança.Participar/auxiliar na da identificação de riscos de acidentes e ergonômicos, propondo medidas de proteção e melhorias nos ambientes de trabalho.Participar e assessorar a CIPA, auxiliando nas reuniões mensais, prestando esclarecimentos quanto a aspectos legais, incentivando os membros para melhor participação, CIPA/PSS atuante nos diversos setores da empresa.Ministrar e promover palestras, campanhas departamentais de prevenção de acidentes, projetando slides, orientando e conscientizando colaboradores sobre segurança; gráficos em murais, elaborar panfletos, palestras, etc.Auxiliar nas descrições e análises de acidentes entrevistando acidentado, coletando informações, verificando causas e anotando em formulário padronizado, visando apurar acidente, atribuindo responsabilidades e apresentar soluções corretivas e ou preventivas.Auxiliar na realização de treinamentos teóricos e práticos e assessorar brigadas de incêndio as equipes de emergência, orientando sobre prevenção e combate a incêndio, brigadistas, executando programas de competições, objetivando a preparação para eventuais necessidades.Participar da programação e execução juntamente com as CIPA's a semana interna de prevenção de acidentes (SIPAT), envolvendo todos colaboradores da empresa, projetando slides, distribuindo panfletos entre outros.Propor medidas de proteção coletiva e onde não for possível ou viável, recomendar uso de EPI's, conforme exigência de cada atividade, verificando certificados de aprovação termo de responsabilidade.Auxiliar no assessoramento às gerências e chefias sobre assuntos de segurança, mantendo informados sobre aspectos legais.Executar outras tarefas, correlatas as acima descritas de acordo com a solicitação dos superiores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de Instrução (Desejável)- Ensino Médio Técnico CompletoCursos Obrigatórios- NR-11: OPERADOR DE EMPILHADEIRA EMBARCADA- NR-11: OPERADOR DE PONTE ROLANTE NÃO EMBARCADAFormação Escolar (Desejável)- TÉCNICO SEGURANÇA TRABALHOHabilidades Pessoais (Desejável)- Facilidade Trabalho em Equipe- Facilidade Comunicação- Persuasão- Capacidade de Ensinar/Aprender- Capacidade Analítica- Liderança- Dinamismo- Fluência Verbal/Escrita- Capacidade de Decisão- ResiliênciaConhecimentos Específicos (Desejável)- Informática Intermediário- Dispositivos Segurança Máquinas/Equipamento- Legislação Segurança/Medicina Trabalho- Curso Técnico Segurança TrabalhoIdiomas (Desejável)- INGLES BASICODocumentos (Obrigatórios)- Habilitação CNH - Categoria B
