Responsável por atuar no processo de caldeiraria realizando atividade de preparação dos transformadores antes do processo de pintura com pistola e realizar pintura utilizando trincha em locais de difícil acesso com pistola e outras atividades similares.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVerificar na nota de operação o(s) tanque(s) a ser(em) pintado(s) e seus componentes.Verificar o esquema de pintura e as tintas na lista de material agrupada.Conferir o número de série do(s) tanque(s) em relação à nota de operação.Inspecionar os tanques e ou componentes a serem pintados removendo respingos de solda, pó, granalha de aço. Vedar os orifícios laterais do tanque com fitas e proteger as conexões roscadasAplicar a tinta com pincel ou rolo nos locais de difícel acesso para pistola, conforme norma pertinente.Inspecionar visualmente as peças pintadas, visando identificar locais onde não se procedeu a pintura em sua uniformidade.Seguir orientações do Pintor IV ou V referente produtividade e qualidade.Ler e interpretar normas, procedimentos, especificações, desenhos, instrumentos de medição e ou orientações gerais a respeito das atividades a serem desenvolvidas.Exercer o auto controle em cada operação/tarefa, observando os parâmetros de qualidade estabelecidos, freqüência de inspeção e o resultados esperado, conforme descrito nas normas operacionais, avaliando-os visualmente e ou através de equipamentos de medição, registrando se necessário os resultados obtidos.Realizar limpeza e conservação de máquinas, equipamentos e ou local de trabalho, visando mantê-los em perfeito estado de funcionamento e utilização.Executar outras tarefas correlatas com as acima descritas, de acordo com a solicitação do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGrau de Instrução- Ensino Fundamental CompletoCursos Obrigatórios (serão realizados, após admissão)- NR-11: OPERADOR DE PONTE ROLANTE NÃO EMBARCADA- PROTEÇÃO RESPIRATÓRIA- NR-35: SEGURANÇA PARA TRABALHOS EM ALTURA- NR-20: SEG.
