Responsável por auxiliar na montagem de redutores e motorredutores; teste de estanqueidade e de rodagem; acoplagem de motores; Operar torno mecânico; Efetuar apontamentos de montagem; Movimentar materiais; e outras atividades similares.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar sob orientação a montagem de redutores e motorredutores (de menor porte/complexidade), verificando ordens de montagem e instruções de trabalho, conferindo peças, códigos, desenhos técnicos, lados de eixos, nível de óleo, entrada e saída, utilizando ferramentas e equipamentos necessários, a fim de executar montagem, atender normas de qualidade e atingir metas estabelecidas.Efetuar/auxiliar teste de estanqueidade, conferindo cheklist montagem, utilizando ar comprimido e ou tanques de água, identificando e registrando vazamentos e ou realizando envase de óleo, a fim de encaminhar para assistência técnica e ou testes de rodagem.Efetuar/auxiliar teste de rodagem, verificando ordem de montagem, conferindo medições, plaquetas, acessórios, saídas e posição do redutor, utilizando gabaritos e acoplando motor, regulando e executando teste, identificando e registando inconsistências, visando encaminhar para processo seguinte e ou retrabalho.Realizar/realizar na acoplagem de motores, conferindo ordem de montagem, redutores, motores e posição da caixa de ligação, utilizando gabarito e executando processo e disponibilizando para setor de pintura.Auxiliar na operação de torno mecânico, realizando ajustes em peças, a fim de atender demandas da equipe de montagem.Efetuar apontamentos de montagem, registrando nome, data, quantidades, tempos produtivos e improdutivos, peças rejeitadas e motivos, a fim de fornecer informações para controle estatístico do processo de montagem.Movimentar materiais, utilizando carrinho manual, talha, paleteira elétrica e ou ponte rolante.Manter superior imediato informado sobre andamento das atividades, solicitando manutenções em máquinas, esclarecendo dúvidas e ou sugerindo ações corretivas para os problemas levantados.Descartar resíduos corretamente conforme procedimentos internos.Cumprir normas e procedimentos da empresa, da qualidade e de segurança do trabalho.Manter limpo e organizado o local de trabalho, bem como máquinas e ou equipamentos utilizados.Executar atividades adicionais estabelecidas para o cargo, de mesma natureza e complexidade, respeitando normas de segurança, qualidade e limites de atuação, conforme necessidade ou solicitação de seu superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade: Ensino Fundamental Completo.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosAtendimento Médico, Odontológico e Psicológico na empresa;Bolsas de Estudos;Cesta Natalidade;Convênios com diversas instituições e estabelecimentos;Empréstimo Consignado;Ginástica Laboral;Participação nos Lucros (PLR);Plano de Carreira;Plano de Saúde para Colaborador e Dependentes;Rancho Mensal;Refeição (almoço);Seguro de Vida;Vale-Transporte;+ Saúde (telemedicina, telepsicologia, atendimento com Nutricionistas e Educadores Físicos).Horário de Trabalho07h00 às 16h23 (segunda a sexta-feira).
